Sports Medicine Physician, Athlete, and Eugene Native

Dr. Wos brings a unique perspective to patient care because she has experienced both sides of sports medicine—as a physician and as an athlete.

Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, she grew up competing as one of the state's top-ranked distance runners. Known then as Erin Gray, she went on to compete as a professional track and field athlete and understands firsthand the dedication, setbacks, and perseverance that accompany both athletic performance and injury recovery.

Today, Dr. Wos serves as Medical Director for TrackTown USA and works with USA Track & Field, helping support athletes at every level of competition.

Her experience as both an athlete and a Sports Medicine Physician allows her to connect with patients in a meaningful way, understanding not only the physical demands of recovery but also the emotional impact that injuries can have on performance, identity, and daily life.

Committed to Helping You Stay Active

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wos enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children, and two dogs. Like many of her patients, she takes full advantage of the Eugene area's outdoor lifestyle through running, hiking, and staying active year-round.

This connection to the local community and active lifestyle helps shape the care she provides every day.

At WOS Performance Clinic, Dr. Wos is committed to delivering exceptional sports medicine care that helps people move better, feel stronger, and continue doing what they love.

Because staying active isn't just about sport, it's about living well.
