HOW CARE WORKS

More Time. Better Care. Physician-Led.

WOS Performance Clinic operates as a direct-pay, physician-led medical practice. This allows care to be based on clinical need rather than insurance restrictions.

Appointments are structured to allow time for thorough evaluation, clear explanation, and thoughtful decision-making. You work directly with your physician throughout your care, without intermediaries.

This model supports a more precise approach to diagnosis and treatment—while keeping pricing straightforward and transparent.

PRICING

WOS Performance Clinic operates as a direct-pay, physician-led medical practice. This allows care to be based on clinical need rather than insurance restrictions.

Because treatment is not shaped by coverage limitations or predetermined protocols, the right combination of modalities—regenerative, manual, or supportive—can be selected based on what your body actually needs.

INSURANCE

While WOS Performance Clinic does not bill insurance directly, many patients use out-of-network benefits.

After your visit, you’ll receive a detailed superbill with the appropriate codes to submit to your insurance provider. Reimbursement varies depending on your plan.

If helpful, we can guide you on what to ask your provider before your first visit.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept standard forms of payment including credit, debit, and cash. HSA and FSA accounts can be used for all services.

For larger treatment plans, payment options and financing through CareCredit are available.

CARE DONE CORRECTLY

The focus of care is accuracy, appropriateness, and long-term results.

That begins with a comprehensive physician evaluation to establish a clear diagnosis. From there, treatments are selected based on what is clinically indicated—not predetermined protocols.

Time is built into each visit so you can understand your condition, review options, and make informed decisions.

The goal is not temporary relief, but restoring function so you can return to how you want to move and live.
