You Shouldn’t Have to Choose Between Pain and the Life You Love
Chronic pain has a way of reshaping your daily life. What starts as a manageable issue can slowly limit how you move, train, and stay active. Whether it’s arthritis, a lingering injury, or something that never fully healed, many people cycle through physical therapy, injections, or medications without lasting results.
Being told to rest or “live with it” isn’t a long-term plan. What’s often missing is a clear diagnosis, an understanding of what’s happening in the tissue, and a path forward built around how your body actually functions.
Meet Dr. Wos
Dr. Erin Wos, Board-Certified Osteopathic Sports Medicine Physician
WOS Performance Clinic is led by Dr. Erin Wos, a board-certified osteopathic sports medicine physician with specialized training in musculoskeletal care and regenerative medicine.
Dr. Wos completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences (COMP-NW) in Oregon, her residency in Family Medicine at Columbia St. Mary's in Milwaukee, and a sports medicine fellowship at PeaceHealth Sports Medicine in Vancouver, Washington. She holds board certification in Family Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine — and has been practicing sports medicine for five years.
Her clinical work is supported by active involvement in her field. She is a member of the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine (AMSSM), the American Academy of Osteopathy (AAO), the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (AAOM), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). She teaches at the AMSSM/OHSU musculoskeletal ultrasound course annually and serves as a course instructor in sports nutrition at University of Western States. She regularly attends AMSSM and AAOM conferences and pursues continuing education in advanced ultrasound and orthobiologics.
Dr. Wos serves as Medical Director for Tracktown USA and works with USA Track & Field. A born-and-raised Eugenean, she grew up competing as one of Oregon's top-ranked distance runners — known then as Erin Gray. As a former professional track and field athlete, she brings both the clinical depth and the personal understanding of what it takes to return to the sport and life you love.
Outside the clinic, she is a Eugene local who spends her time with her husband, two young children, and two dogs and takes full advantage of the outdoors—running, hiking, and staying active in the same environment many of her patients value.
Why WOS?
At WOS Performance Clinic, our mission is to guide each patient through a genuine transformation — from pain and limitation back to the activities and identity they love. We do that by treating the whole person: listening carefully, diagnosing accurately, and building personalized care plans grounded in cutting-edge regenerative medicine and osteopathic principles. You work directly with your physician at every step, because real healing requires real continuity.
Our vision is a world where active adults and athletes don’t have to accept chronic pain as the price of a full life — and where physician-led, direct-pay care is recognized as the gold standard for getting them back to it.
A Clear Path Back to Strength
Care is structured but never standardized. Each plan begins with identifying the root cause of your pain through a detailed clinical evaluation, not just managing symptoms.
From there, treatment is designed around you—integrating regenerative medicine, osteopathic techniques, and performance-focused support where appropriate. Because care is physician-led, decisions are based on what is clinically indicated, not limited by preset protocols or insurance constraints.
As your condition improves, the focus shifts toward rebuilding strength, restoring movement, and helping you return to the activities that matter most.
The goal isn’t just short-term relief. It’s long-term function and performance.
